With MAs in Applied Linguistics/TESOL and Arabic and Islamic Studies, he specialises in educational reform programmes in the Middle East, working with teachers, educational institutions and Ministries of Education. Jonathan is particularly interested in the challenges of teaching reading and writing to Arab learners who often struggle to acquire these skills in their English studies.
