Big Cat – The Winter’s Tale: Band 17

Alan Gibbons movingly retells the ultimate story of jealousy. When King Leontes banishes his whole family, after suspecting his wife’s infidelity, he destroys everything that matters to him. But, even utter devastation can be healed with the gift of time and a little love. Diamond/Band 17 books offer more complex, underlying themes to give opportunities for children to understand causes and points of view.
